Initiate a Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all antennas, power adapters, cables, and documentation to ensure eligibility for a full refund.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided shipping label or send the package to our designated service center, making sure to clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware condition, we will process your refund or dispatch a replacement unit within 5 to 7 business days.
